This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through www.setigbt.com and the SETIGBT mobile application. By placing an order with Sanket Electrotech ("SETIGBT", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (images or videos). Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or customized/specially ordered items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
